Tara is a classic '20s style cloche in olive wool felt.  It's trimmed with a double bow and band of heather brown Merino wool ribbon.  A single bleached peacock feather in delicate grey and lavender tones adds a unique touch of whimsy.  Fits an average headsize of 22.5 inches.
